John Lee, Development Director

Introducing John Lee, Ascot Homes Development Director - John has been in the industry since 1983 starting as a Site Engineer before retraining as Quantity Surveyor. He has worked in several sectors including House Building, Retail Development and Contracting and was Commercial Director at a large Regional House Builder before joining Ascot Homes.

He has overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business working alongside the team on all aspects from Branding, Commercial, Technical, Production, Finance and Sales and Marketing.

Away from work and John is married and has three children, he is a keen Preston North End fan and loves Mountain Biking and Fell Walking currently walking his way through the 214 Wainwrights. He also loves holidays in Portugal.

Richard Lever, Land & Planning Director

Introducing Richard Lever, Ascot Homes Land & Planning Director - Richard is a qualified Town Planner, has 37 years’ experience in Land Procurement, Planning and Residential Development, having previously worked in Local Government before joining the Private Sector with Fairclough Homes, Westbury Homes and then Miller Homes, as a Regional Land Director.

Richard has personally acquired and delivered through planning, over 70 large development sites, in the North West and Yorkshire and has built up an enviable reputation for integrity and professionalism in his field.

 Outside of work Richard is a qualified football coach for Timperley Villa FC, enjoys golf and spending quality time with his wife and three children. The family particularly enjoy their annual summer adventures around France.

Danny Tyrer, Site Manager

Introducing our Site Manager Danny Tyrer -  Danny has spent all his working life in construction. The last 10 years spent as a site manager working on top quality house building developments across the North West. He is responsible for the day to day production and planning of site activities and the implementation of health and safety systems on site. He is customer focussed and has a passion for building high quality houses and a proven track record of doing so. 

Away from work Danny is married with 3 children and has a dog called Cole. He enjoys Sunday morning walks around Entwistle reservoir and then settling down to the football for the rest of the afternoon.

Dominic Westbury, Commercial Manager

Introducing Dominic Westbury, Ascot Homes Commercial Manager - Dominic has 20 years’ experience working in the construction industry with a wealth of knowledge gained from working on a variety of projects from water treatment works, civil engineering on the highway network, commercial to residential conversions and new build housing development.

Before joining Ascot Dominic was Commercial Manager at a large Regional Housebuilder and he is responsible for procurement of all subcontractors and suppliers and management of the supply chain. He is also responsible for Production and maintenance of all build specifications.

Alongside Procurement he is responsible for the management of budget and project costs through the life of the development and agreeing drawdown applications with Homes England and development funders.

Outside work Dom has a partner, a daughter and a dog. He enjoys golf and loves to spend time at the water’s edge fishing.

Anna Halliwell, Sales Manager

Introducing Anna Halliwell, Ascot Homes Sales Manager - Anna has 35 years’ experience within the new homes property sector, working with some of the most respected new homes builders across the northwest of England.

Anna has a firm commitment to delivering excellence and the highest personal service throughout the entire customer journey and is driven to helping happy customers fulfil their dream move.

When Anna is not busy looking after happy customers, you’ll find her relaxing and enjoying quality family time with her two young granddaughters at the stables.
